AIMS
As Individuals
To live as God’s holy people and to know that we are valued and treasured by him.
Through the reading of the Bible and in daily prayer to be deepening our dependency upon God.
To develop the fruit of God’s Holy Spirit and to use his gifts in our life and worship.
To proclaim afresh in word and deed the Christian faith as revealed in the scriptures.
As a Church
To recognize that as God’s people we are called to worship him in spirit and truth, to live by trust and to be accountable to one another.
Through the teaching and sharing of God’s word, we seek to more fully understand his will for our lives and our community.
To provide a genuine welcome to those visiting the church and to provide opportunities to show hospitality.
To be open to the movement of God’s Holy Spirit in the worship and prayer life of our Church so that people can meet with the living God.
To be a place that enables the community to celebrate in the happy occasions of life and to offer a focus of hope and comfort in sadness.
To provide opportunities for us to engage with the wider community and to build bridges with those who come to us for help and support, seeking to share our Christian faith wherever possible.
